Role and Responsibilities:

This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in an open and proactive marketing environment. We are currently hiring a Marketing Assistant to assist with daily marketing operations, this position is ideal for someone with 1+ years of experience in Marketing.

• Assist with maintenance of website content and digital campaigns.


• Assist in day-to-day operations relating to marketing and social media.


• Develop and improve internal and external guides.


• Assist in internal and external announcements and communications.


• Monitoring social media trends and partner/association channels to take part in. Identify new opportunities for social media content and support with content creation.

Requirements:

• Written and verbal communication skills


• Outgoing, with great interpersonal skills


• Organized and detail-oriented


• Works well independently and as part of a team


• Familiarity with Photoshop, Adobe Suite and Microsoft 365


• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is an asset
